Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system or other approved payment processors. We do not store your payment card details.

Returns and Refunds

Because all prints and framed artworks are made to order, they are non-refundable except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at georgetownleystore@gmail.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information displayed on our site is current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information or cancel orders affected by such errors at any time without notice.
