This explains how and when your order will be delivered once placed through the George Townley Store.

Processing Times

All prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. If you need to change anything (size, address, etc.), just email me within 4 hours of ordering and I'll sort it for you.

Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide on all orders.

United States: Unframed prints typically arrive within 3–6 business days of dispatch, with framed prints taking slightly longer. US orders are shipped domestically and never incur tariffs.

International: Delivery typically takes around one week from dispatch, with framed prints taking slightly longer. Orders outside the US may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country.

Packaging

Every print arrives carefully protected. Smaller sizes ship flat in a protective sleeve, while larger prints are rolled safely in a tube to prevent creasing. Framed pieces are packed with corner protectors in a sturdy box, so they arrive safely no matter the size.
