About the Art
This print was inspired by the Park Imperial South buildings in Palm Springs and was one of the very first pieces in what’s now become a long-running series. I made it long before I’d ever visited Palm Springs in person, the obsession was already there.
What first drew me to Park Imperial South was its bold mid-century modern design, especially the dramatic, angular rooflines that feel so unmistakably Palm Springs. It’s the kind of architecture that looks futuristic and nostalgic at the same time, and it instantly became a place I knew I had to draw.

No, every piece is created digitally by hand. I spend a long time researching Los Angeles architecture and history, then carefully draw each illustration in Photoshop. It’s a process rooted in passion, not automation.
