About the Art
This print started as a fun experiment. Iโve been to Palm Springs many times now, and I wanted to capture the stillness of the town at night. Drawing a mid-century modern house after dark was super fun, you can still feel that warm, cosy glow from inside, even in the quiet of the desert. I wanted the scene to feel so calm you could almost hear the stillness in the backgroundโฆ and of course, it was also an excuse to draw another classic American car.

Process Behind the Print
Each print begins with research and a hand-drawn sketch. I then do a quick colour study to capture the mood, before illustrating the piece in Photoshop, layer by layer, refining every detail as carefully as possible.
