About the Art

I always make it a point to stop here before my flight back home. Itโ€™s technically within walking distance of LAX, well, and itโ€™s the perfect way to get one last taste of LA before you leave.

Thereโ€™s a viewing spot right across the road where planes soar so close overhead, you feel like you could almost reach out and touch them.

Itโ€™s another bittersweet building for me, because being here almost always means my trip is coming to an end.

Process Behind the Print

Each print begins with research and a hand-drawn sketch. I then do a quick colour study to capture the mood, before illustrating the piece in Photoshop, layer by layer, refining every detail as carefully as possible.
