Dingbat House

I truly credit this as the print that started everything.

Back in 2019, Gallery1988 reached out and invited me to be part of an LA-themed group show. At the time, I’d only made a few prints, so it felt like the perfect opportunity to start putting my work in front of people who might actually connect with it.

While researching ideas, I came across something called a "Dingbat House", and it immediately clicked, it felt so distinctly LA, like a quiet nod to locals and a little piece of the city’s character. When I released the print, the response was incredible and honestly surprising; it made me realise that what I was creating could really resonate with people.

The paper. Hahnemuhle FineArt Pearl is a heavy cotton based paper with a soft pearl finish. It is what museums and galleries print on because the colors stay true for decades.

The ink. Giclee printing lays down archival pigment ink in fine layers, so the sky gradients and the tiny details in the windows come out the way George drew them.

The frame. Solid oak, real glass, assembled by hand and shipped ready to hang. No plastic, no clips, no assembly.

Packaging:

Every print arrives carefully protected, smaller sizes ship flat in a protective sleeve, while larger prints are rolled safely in a tube to prevent creasing. Framed pieces are packed with corner protectors in a sturdy box, so they arrive safely no matter the size.
